Supreme Choice Health Care proudly offers specialized Veterans Services tailored to support veterans and their surviving spouses who meet specific eligibility criteria. Our program is designed for those who have served at least 90 consecutive days of active duty, with at least one day during a recognized period of war. While the veteran does not need to have served in combat or overseas, they must have non-service-related medical conditions that necessitate assistance with daily activities.


We understand the unique needs of veterans and strive to provide compassionate, personalized care that respects their service and sacrifices. Eligibility for our services includes financial considerations, such as allowing veterans or their spouses to have up to $80,000 in assets, depending on their age and marital status. For example, married veterans who are younger may qualify for the full asset limit, while older clients may be subject to lower thresholds. Additionally, we evaluate the medical expense-to-income ratio, focusing on how medical expenses relate to overall income, rather than solely the income amount.


This comprehensive approach ensures that veterans receive the necessary support while navigating the complexities of their healthcare needs.
