Nikisha Michelle Williams is the CEO of Supreme Choice Health Care and a proud native of Kinston, NC. After graduating from Kinston High School in 2003, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University in December 2007. Nikisha is dedicated to exceeding expectations for the people served by Supreme Choice Health Care. She is a CPR/First Aid Instructor, Certified Medical Biller and Coder, NC Notary, and Certified Nursing Assistant I.
Her ongoing mission is to recruit and employ high-quality CNAs, RNs, Personal Care Assistants, and Habilitation Technicians to provide essential direct care. Nikisha is deeply passionate about helping others and refers to her employees as "co-workers" and her clients as "partners."
Since 2011, Ms. Williams has achieved numerous certifications, including Certified Nursing Assistant, American Red Cross First Aid Instructor, Mindset Instructor, Notary Public, and Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. She is also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Under her leadership, Supreme Choice Health Care has experienced significant growth and has become the first home care agency in Kinston accredited by the Joint Commission, as well as the first privately owned organization in the area accredited by two international agencies simultaneously.
In addition to her role at Supreme Choice Health Care, Nikisha is a devoted mother and owns several businesses, including 1108 Financial Resources, a tax preparation firm established in 2015 Legacy Event Rentals, a luxury event rental company launched in 2018 and Fast Track Career Prep, Inc., a proprietary school in Wilson, NC, that certifies nursing assistants, pharmacy technicians, and medical billers and coders. With over 20 years in healthcare and 15 years of managerial experience, Ms. Williams combines her extensive knowledge with a commitment to treating people with kindness and respect, which she believes are key to the success of her businesses.
